Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Qualification:

CA (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial evaluation and business case preparation for new campus expansion projects across India and international markets.

- Build detailed financial models covering revenue projections, operating costs, CAPEX, cash flows, ROI, IRR and payback analysis.

- Partner with Business, Strategy, Legal and Operations teams during expansion planning and execution.

- Evaluate investment proposals and prepare presentations for senior leadership and the Board.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting and business planning for existing & new campuses.

- Monitor project financials against approved budgets and identify risks and opportunities.

- Analyze commercial viability of partnerships, foreign university collaborations and new education ventures.

- Develop financial dashboards and MIS to track project performance and investment utilization.

- Support due diligence, regulatory approvals and strategic initiatives related to international expansion.
