
Role Overview
A fast-growing listed consumer tech startup is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - FP&A to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with organisational and CFO priorities.
- Deliver deep financial analysis, business insights, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions and board-level discussions.
- Drive monthly/quarterly performance reviews by analysing revenue drivers, margins, variances, and key operating metrics.
- Partner with business, product, and operations teams to optimise spend, strengthen unit economics, and improve profitability.
- Enhance financial governance through improved reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven planning processes.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives by automating planning, reporting, and forecasting processes, driving system upgrades, and implementing digital tools.
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory, with strong analytical, modelling, and business partnering capabilities.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance.
- Mandatory experience working with a listed company and understanding of public-company reporting standards.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
