About the Position:

The company is seeking a highly capable Senior Manager FP&A to lead strategic financial planning, business performance analysis, and decision support. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to influence organisation-wide financial strategy within a fast-paced, publicly listed consumer-tech environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with organisational and CFO priorities.

- Deliver deep financial analysis, business insights, and scenario modelling to support strategic and board-level decisions.

- Drive monthly/quarterly performance reviews by analysing revenue drivers, margins, variances, and key operating metrics.

- Partner with business, product, and operations teams to optimise spend, strengthen unit economics, and improve profitability.

- Enhance financial governance through improved reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven planning processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance.

- Mandatory experience working with a listed company and understanding public-company reporting standards.

- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
