About the Role
Genpact is urgently hiring for Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for its BFS business. The ideal candidate must have strong FP&A domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience managing a team of 10-15 members.
What You Will Do
- Lead annual financial planning and monthly forecasting for revenue and all cost components.
- Monitor budget vs. actuals, prepare variance analysis, and present financial insights to clients.
- Review month-end close activities, support deal P&L analysis, and guide business teams on key financial metrics.
Support strategic initiatives such as:
- New site setups
- Joint ventures
- Org structure changes
- Cost-benefit analysis
- Drive performance reviews, create dashboards, and support efficiency and profitability initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- CA Inter / ICWA Inter / MBA Finance / Post Graduate / B.Com + relevant experience
- Strong FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong MS Excel skills (Macros/VBA is a plus)
- Experience in Hyperion is preferred
- Ability to manage teams (10-15 members).
