Senior Manager FP&A

We are looking for a Senior Manager FP&A to drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a high-growth, tech-enabled business. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, playing a key role in data-driven decision-making and long-term planning.

What Youll Own:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

- Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across geographies and functions.

- Manage annual and rolling forecasts for 12-month and 3-year horizons.

- Present financial models and scenario planning to aid business decisions.

- Continuously improve the planning process for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Deliver insightful monthly and ad-hoc performance reports.

- Analyze key business metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Create executive-ready analysis packs across historical and projected timelines.

- Drive strategic recommendations backed by numbers.

Board & Investor Communication:

- Develop high-quality board and investor decks aligned with business priorities.

- Translate financial data into narratives for senior stakeholders.

- Support CEO/CFO with robust data during board meetings and investor calls.

Business Intelligence & Data Analytics:

- Build and maintain dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly performance tracking.

- Enable functional heads with real-time insights and data visibility.

- Benchmark financial/operational metrics against industry and peers.

What Were Looking For:

- 58 years of experience in FP&A, strategy, or consulting.

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- Strong presentation and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.

- Excellent analytical and storytelling ability turning numbers into strategy.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in high-growth, tech-first or complex operational businesses preferred.
