Senior Manager, Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Modelling & Valuation:

- Build Complex Financial Models: Design and maintain three-statement integrated models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) from scratch for capital projects, concessions, and asset acquisitions.

- Project Finance & Debt Sizing: Develop specialized project finance models featuring debt service coverage ratios (DSCR), loan life coverage ratios (LLCR), debt sizing waterfalls, and covenants tracking.

- Valuation & Feasibility: Perform Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and peer-group trading/transaction multiple valuations for marine and logistics assets.

- Sensitivity & Scenario Analysis: Model macro volatility.

2. Fund Raising & Capital Markets Execution:

- Debt Raising & Project Finance: Support execution of project debt, syndicated loans etc.

- Equity Raising & M&A Support: Prepare financial collaterals, sensitivity tables, and return metrics for private equity investors, joint venture partners, or sovereign wealth funds.

- Information Memorandum (IM) & Pitch Decks: Draft high-impact IMs, investor presentations, board decks, and financial teardowns to tell a compelling story to prospective investors and lenders.

- Due Diligence Facilitation: Respond to lender/investor financial queries.
