Senior Manager - Finance Transformation

Description:

- Own the finance transformation vertical end-to-end - from operations and strategic alignment to continuous service improvement.

- Drive the design and implementation of innovative, client-tailored solutions while upholding rigorous quality standards.

Practice Visibility & Thought Leadership:

- Spearhead thought leadership through whitepapers, articles, blogs, and compelling case studies.

- Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to cement market credibility.

- Curate and participate in webinars and panel discussions that demonstrate expertise and deepen stakeholder engagement.

Team Development & Management:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of 45 professionals in Year 1, aligned to practice objectives.

- Champion a culture of continuous learning through structured training programmes and hands-on coaching.

Strategy & Business Plan Execution:

- Support the execution of the business plan, tracking milestones and optimising resource allocation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine strategies in response to market trends and client feedback.

Business Development & Lead Generation:

- Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities, leveraging networks, market intelligence, and innovative strategies to generate qualified leads.

- Partner closely with the business development team to craft compelling solution pitches and drive deal closure.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA in Finance from a reputed institution, or a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, business strategy, or closely aligned domains.

- Demonstrated leadership track record with hands-on exposure to finance controllership, ERP implementations, or process optimisation initiatives.

- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders across all levels.
