Description:

Looking for the position of Senior Manager - Finance Transformation who will be instrumental in executing initiatives to transform and optimize the systems and processes for the finance department. Will manage system enhancements, lead cross- functional teams, and oversee key project phases, including requirement gathering, BRD and PRD preparation, UAT, and production deployment. This role will be crucial in ensuring efficient and effective financial processes and technological solutions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Transformation:


- Assess and enhance the current processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategies to streamline and automate the workflow, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other relevant departments to enhance end-to-end process integration.

- Lead system enhancement initiatives to improve functionalities and user experience.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand and document the needs and expectations of stakeholders.

- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) detailing system and process requirements.

- Develop and prepare Process Requirements Documents (PRD) for system enhancements and developments.

- Facilitate BRD and PRD signoff from relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and agreement.

- Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and scenarios.

- Lead UAT efforts to ensure system enhancements meet business requirements and quality standards.

- Obtain UAT signoff from various teams, ensuring all concerns are addressed before moving to production.

- Prepare and maintain reports related to system enhancements, and project status.

- Oversee the transition of system enhancements and developments from the testing phase to production.

- Ensure all necessary steps are completed for a smooth deployment, including user training and system documentation.

- Monitor and address any issues that arise post-deployment to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

SAP Integration and Support:

- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of SAP to support and optimize functionalities.

- Collaborate with IT teams and SAP vendors to implement upgrades or configurations that improve efficiency.

- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on SAP related issues and improvements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of tools implementation like Low-code no-code based tools, SaaS based application and SAP.

- In-depth knowledge of P2P processes, SAP finance modules, and related technologies.

- Bachelors degree in Finance; MBA or professional finance certification preferred.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD and PRD preparation, UAT, and production deployment.

- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and leading successful transformation projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven insights and decisions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
