Senior Manager - Finance Transformation

Key Responsibilities

Finance Process & Digital Transformation

- Lead end-to-end transformation across core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C), including redesign, optimization, and automation

- Implement digital tools and frameworks (e.g., RPA, AI/ML, ERP enhancements) to drive efficiency and scalability

- Spearhead the implementation of specialized tools such as Finalyzer (R2R) and IBS Fintech (Treasury) for enhanced reporting and control.

- Implement streamlined reporting processes to enhance transparency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial insights

- Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework to proactively identify and mitigate transformation risks

- Monitor project KPIs, SLAs, and TAT metrics to ensure consistent delivery and performance.

- Conduct workshops with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and co-create future-state solutions

- Design implementation strategies and transition plans that support seamless adoption and long-term sustainability

- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals

Project & Program Management

- Create and manage detailed project plans, aligning resources and timelines across multiple initiatives

- Develop and maintain a transformation pipeline, ensuring readiness and prioritization of potential projects

- Define project roles and responsibilities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure cross-functional clarity

- Negotiate with vendors on project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment and accountability

- Develop and implement project roadmaps and milestones, driving stakeholder engagement and transparent communication

Desired Skills & Experience

- 10-15 years of experience in finance transformation, shared services, or consulting

- Strong understanding of finance systems and processes (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)

- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent preferred

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
