Job Title: Senior Manager - Finance Strategic Projects (FSP)

Role Overview:

This is a critical corporate role responsible for the governance, monitoring, and performance management of Finance Strategic Projects (FSP). The position involves overseeing financial planning, accounting frameworks, and ensuring effective utilization of resources across strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the monitoring, review, and governance of all Finance Strategic Projects (FSP).

- Ensure robust financial planning, accurate accounting, and establishment of key financial metrics for all projects.

- Conduct periodic performance reviews of projects involving significant capital deployment.

- Oversee financial aspects of:

i. Overseas Direct Investments

ii. Investments in Leased Assets

iii. Development of Intangible Assets

iv. Investments in Startups

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as Ind AS and IFRS.

- Develop and implement financial management models for effective project evaluation.

- Manage stakeholder communication through structured reporting and operating mechanisms.

- Coordinate and ensure timely audits of all Finance Strategic Projects.

- Proactively identify and communicate deviations from project plans to stakeholders.

- Work closely with the Group Controller and senior leadership team.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience in a Big 4 or large corporate environment preferred.

- Strong exposure to financial reporting involving multiple stakeholder perspectives.

- In-depth knowledge of:

1. Financial management models

2. Indian and international reporting frameworks

3. Financial consolidation, taxation, and ESG reporting

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Working knowledge of technology tools including ERP systems, adjacent applications, and AI tools is an added advantage.
