Senior Manager - Finance - Revenue & Reporting Segment - FinTech/SaaS

Were looking for a hands-on Senior Manager Finance to lead revenue accounting, reporting, and compliance for a fast-growing FinTech startup. The role requires strong knowledge of FinTech revenue models, accounting standards, and process controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end revenue recognition (Ind AS 115 / IFRS 15 compliance).

- Handle subscription, transaction-based, and platform revenues.

- Review contracts to identify and safeguard revenue-related clauses.

- Maintain unearned, unbilled, and deferred revenue schedules.

- Oversee billing-to-collection reconciliation and ensure accuracy.

- Prepare monthly MIS, revenue reports, and variance analysis.

- Support revenue forecasting and audit requirements.

- Drive process improvement and automation in revenue accounting.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- CA/MBA degree with 8+ years experience in FinTech / SaaS / B2B tech setups.

- Strong grasp of revenue standards, contract accounting, and controls.

- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP / NetSuite) and advanced Excel.

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.

- Experience in revenue forecasting and analytics.

- Prior involvement in system implementation or revenue automation projects.

- Familiarity with collections, settlements, and payment gateway reconciliations in FinTech.
