We are hiring Senior Manager - Finance Operations - RTR, PTP, and T&E for our client based at Bangalore.
Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate in Commerce or Finance.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or master's degree (MBA/Finance or equivalent) preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong exposure to RTR (Fixed Assets & Balance Sheet Reconciliations), PTP (Invoice Processing, Vendor Management), and T&E (Expense Auditing).
- Strong exposure to Transitions from onshore/third-party to GCC
- Experience managing teams across multiple geographies/time zones (US/EU preferred).
Work Schedule:
- Shift timings aligned to US time zones.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Oversight:
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals across RTR, PTP, and T&E functions.
- Ensure smooth Transition of PTP and RTR processes from onshore/third-party vendor to GCC insourcing
- Provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and performance management to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs.
-Act as the escalation point for complex issues across invoice processing, reconciliations, and expense audits.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, HR, Operations, Audit) to ensure seamless finance operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and optimization across RTR, PTP, and T&E.
- Drive efficiency gains through technology enablement (ERP, Concur, workflow tools, reporting dashboards).
- Implement best practices to strengthen compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
Team Development & Growth:
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills and career progression.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture with emphasis on accountability and continuous learning.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure timely completion of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, fixed asset and balance sheet reconciliations, and expense audits.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, prepare executive-level reporting, and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Support audits (internal, external, SOX) and ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance standards.
