About the Role:

The Senior Manager - Finance will be a key member of the controllership team, responsible for the Record to Report (R2R) function, financial consolidation, and overall financial governance of the organization. The role demands strong expertise in SAP, Ind AS, and manufacturing finance, with a focus on accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the General Ledger (GL) and R2R processes, ensuring timely month-end and year-end closures.

- Oversee financial consolidation for multiple entities, including subsidiaries and joint ventures.

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and statutory reporting requirements.

- Drive process improvements for enhanced accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

- Manage internal and statutory audits, liaising with external auditors (including Big 4).

- Support management in financial due diligence and data preparation for business reviews.

- Ensure adherence to ICFR, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Sales, Operations, SCM, and HR - for end-to-end financial governance.

- Provide financial insights and technical guidance to leadership for decision-making.

Skills & Competencies:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules preferred)

- Proven experience in manufacturing industry (plant-level finance exposure preferred)

- Strong understanding of Consolidation and R2R processes

- Sound knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
