Senior Manager - Finance - Manufacturing - CA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our leadership team in Bangalore as a Senior Manager - Finance. In this capacity, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, overseeing the end-to-end financial health of the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional department heads and executive leadership to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. Qualification: CA

Experience: 5-8 years of post qualification experience preferably in manufacturing or similar industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes to ensure alignment between departmental spending and organizational revenue targets.

- Oversee the integrity of financial reporting and accounts, ensuring all statutory filings and audits are completed with precision and regulatory compliance.

- Drive strategic finance initiatives by conducting deep-dive financial analysis to identify cost-optimization opportunities and revenue growth levers.

- Partner with business unit leaders to provide management accounting support, enabling data-backed decision-making for new projects and operational expansions.

- Manage corporate finance activities, including cash flow monitoring and capital allocation, to maintain optimal liquidity and financial stability.

- Direct taxation strategies to ensure tax efficiency while maintaining full adherence to local and national tax laws.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis to provide clear visibility into business performance for senior stakeholders.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex financial narratives to non-finance teams and influence executive-level decision-making.

- Possess a deep understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations, backed by a professional qualification such as CA

- Show a proven ability to manage complex financial systems and ERP environments, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency across the organization.
