Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Finance to lead the organization's finance and treasury operations for a leading manufacturing company. The role requires a finance professional with strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, treasury management, banking operations, working capital optimization, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities and experience working in a manufacturing environment while partnering with business leaders to drive financial efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and long-term business planning.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key financial performance indicators and business insights.

- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

- Manage the organization's treasury function, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and fund management.

- Optimize working capital by effectively managing receivables, payables, inventory financing, and cash utilization.

- Plan and execute short-term and long-term funding strategies to support business expansion and operational requirements.

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and NBFCs for various banking and financing requirements.

- Negotiate banking facilities, loan agreements, working capital limits, term loans, and credit arrangements.

- Oversee fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities, including bank guarantees, letters of credit, and trade finance instruments.

- Monitor foreign exchange exposures, interest rate risks, and treasury-related financial risks while implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Ensure timely compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate financial reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with auditors during internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- Drive process improvements in finance operations by implementing best practices and automation initiatives.

- Support senior leadership with financial analysis, investment evaluations, profitability studies, and strategic decision-making.

- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, accounting policies, and corporate governance standards.

- Utilize SAP ERP for financial transactions, reporting, budgeting, and management information systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA / CMA (ICWA) / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.

- 5-8 years of progressive finance experience in the Manufacturing, Industrial, Building Materials, Engineering, or Process Manufacturing industry.

- Strong hands-on experience in treasury operations, banking relationships, cash management, and working capital optimization.

- Experience with SAP ERP and financial reporting systems.

- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
