Senior Manager - Finance - HealthTech/AdTech

Strong In-House Finance Professional with Core Accounting Experience

Mandatory (Experience 1):

- Must have 3+ YOE (if CA) or 5+ YOE (if MBA Finance) in core finance roles within in-house finance teams (not consulting)

Mandatory (Experience 2):

- Must have hands-on experience in general accounting, monthly/yearly closings, financial reporting, and statutory audits.

Mandatory (Experience 3):

- Must have experience in managing payroll and exposure to compliance and internal controls.

Mandatory (Education):

- CA (preferred) or MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 institute

Mandatory (Company):

- B2B or B2C Product, (Health-tech startups, AdTech firms is a plus) Responsible for preparation, reporting & finalisation of financial statements of India, US & UK entities.

- Responsible for audits, controls and compliances with regard to the legal entities.

- Responsible for monthly & yearly book closing (includes BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalisation, etc)

- Payroll Management

- Transfer Pricing related review & compliance

- Coordinate & support multiple teams including revenue, business finance.

- Preparation of full set of Annual/Half yearly standalone and Consolidated financials.

- Team Management & development

- Support on process excellence, ERP & Automations

- Co-ordination with Statutory and internal auditors. CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or related field

- 4-7 years post qualification, in a corporate/ consulting environment, preferably with global exposure.

- Experience in startups, working in technology enabled space is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams.

- Knowledge of US Gaap, IndAS, IFRS

- Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically Oracle NetSuite) will be an added plus.

- Experience of automation of processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
