Role Overview:

As the Senior Manager Finance, you will be a key player in overseeing the financial health and stability of our organization. Your day-to-day will involve managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, leading audit processes, and optimizing our credit-to-cash cycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and legal, providing financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to maintain financial integrity, improve cash flow, and drive sustainable growth within the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards for internal and external stakeholders.

- Oversee the audit process, coordinating with external auditors and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of audits and addressing any findings or recommendations.

- Manage the credit-to-cash cycle, implementing strategies to optimize accounts receivable, reduce bad debt, and improve cash flow for the organization.

- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate financial risks for the company.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis for senior management.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

- Proven ability to manage audit processes, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.

- Strong understanding of credit-to-cash cycle management, with experience in optimizing accounts receivable and improving cash flow.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to senior management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and comfortable working in a hybrid work setup based in Delhi NCR.
