About the Role:

We are looking for a high-calibre finance professional to join the Founder's Office of a fast-growing startup. This is a strategic, high-visibility role that combines corporate finance, business partnering, and executive support. The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder on both business and select personal financial matters, ensuring seamless financial planning, governance, and decision-making.

Personal Financial Management:

- Oversee the Founder's personal accounts, investments, and financial records.

- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, tax advisors, bankers, wealth managers, and legal advisors for the Founder's financial matters.

- Manage personal tax planning, tax filings, and regulatory compliance in coordination with external consultants.

- Track personal investments across asset classes and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

- Monitor liquidity, cash flows, and financial obligations related to the Founder's personal portfolio.

- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive financial information.

Strategic Business Finance:

- Partner closely with the Founder on strategic finance and business initiatives.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and financial planning.

- Build financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives.

- Prepare board decks, MIS, investor updates, and business performance dashboards.

- Support fundraising, investor due diligence, and financial data room management.

- Monitor business KPIs, unit economics, cash flow, and profitability.

- Drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.

- Work closely with business, operations, legal, and external advisors on key strategic projects.
