Senior Manager - Finance - FMCG/Manufacturing Industry - CA/CMA

We have requirement for Senior finance manager position.

Looking from FMCG or manufacturing industry with french proficiency

CA or CMA Qualified

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Developing and implementing financial strategies, creating financial models, and analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Leading the annual budgeting process, developing financial forecasts, and monitoring financial performance against these plans.

Financial Reporting:

- Preparing and presenting accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Compliance:

- Ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant financial regulations, laws, and internal policies and procedures.

Strategic Guidance:

- Advising the CEO, CFO, and other executives on strategic financial decisions to support company goals and growth.

Team Leadership:

- Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of finance professionals, overseeing their day-to-day responsibilities in areas like accounting, payroll, and treasury.

Risk Management:

- Identifying financial risks and opportunities and suggesting solutions to mitigate risks and drive cost optimization and revenue growth.

Audit Support:

- Leading and supporting annual audits, liaising with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Working with other departments (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure financial initiatives align with overall business objectives.
