Senior Manager - Finance/Capex Control - IT

- Vendor evaluation and commercial negotiation - capex and related Opex

- Liaising and partnering with project department & IT department on vendor evaluation, commercial bidding and vendor selection process

- Preparing of Commercial Comparatives for Project Tendering & Justification for Final Selection.

- Partner in concluding overall commercial terms and condition with suppliers/Vendors

- Liaising with Legal department for contractual documentation.

- Responsible for identifying cost reduction opportunities with consultation with IT and Project department

- Unit of Economics (UOE) / Budget formation for capex investment

- Liaising with Project department and IT department to build overall capex cost in UOE for proposed restaurant

- Evaluate and validate the capex overrun and get necessary approval documented

- Determine, Monitoring and Evaluate controls and actual spend

- Designing & implementing systems, Standard Operating Policies (SOP's) for Assets and related spend

- Approve all Purchase orders and invoices for payment

- Track budget vs actual spend through system based budgetary control

- Monitoring Payback/ROI for approved budget and circulate MIS.

- Drive project completion process through three way reconciliation of PO vs GRN & Invoice

- Monthly MIS circulation on capex spend per inventory at store, budget vs actual, status on payback, etc.

- Track and monitor Project & IT warehouse and validate Stock Valuation

- Controlling insurance aspect of fixed assets. Ensuring all the assets are appropriately covered under right kind of insurance and timely claim settlement of the loss incurred

- Tracking and controlling over install Assets and its movement

- Monitor and approve inventory movement from project warehouse, existing restaurants and closed restaurants

- Monitor warehouse Stock (Project / IT ) and reconciliation with books

- Periodic physical verification of Assets and reconciliation with books

- Physical Verification of Asset at stores through self-certification and through Third Party & reconciliation.
