Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our leadership team in Ahmedabad as a Senior Manager - Finance. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial reporting process to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to accounting standards for stakeholders and board members.

- Manage comprehensive taxation strategies, including TDS and GST compliance, to mitigate financial risks and ensure seamless regulatory filings.

- Oversee statutory audits and internal controls, coordinating with external auditors to maintain impeccable corporate governance and compliance standards.

- Optimize cash management and liquidity planning to support operational requirements and strategic investment opportunities.

- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and performance gaps, providing the management team with data-backed recommendations for decision-making.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial reporting and accounting operations within a fast-paced corporate environment.

- Proven ability to navigate intricate taxation laws and statutory compliance requirements, ensuring zero-defect filings and audits.

- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, strategic narratives for senior leadership.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10 - 16 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
