About the Role :
We are looking for a seasoned Finance & Accounts professional to lead financial operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and business finance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial planning, statutory compliance, month-end closures, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced organization.
Designation : Snr. Manager - Finance & Accounts
Location : Janakpuri, Delhi
Experience : 8+ years
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
Salary : 25-30% hike on your current salary.
Working Conditions : Hybrid Mode (3-4 days work from office)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, Payroll, and Treasury.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
- Monitor receivables, collections, payables, and working capital management.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable financial insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen internal controls.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or Tally.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
