Senior Manager -Finance

Supervises the financial management, tender finance, and statutory compliance functions of the organization, ideally a Chartered Accountant (CA), capable of managing accounting systems, financial planning, tender-related legalities, and cash flow management with accuracy and foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Accounting:

- Supervise and maintain all accounting operations in Tally, Zoho Books, and AI-based financial tools.

- Oversee accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, and fund flow.

- Ensure accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Lead the financial audit process, coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.

Tender Finance and Legal Compliance:

- Analyse and finalize government tender documents with both financial and legal accuracy.

- Confirm eligibility requirements, financial turnover, and statutory documents for proposals.

- Guarantee adherence to EMD, bank guarantees, contract stipulations, and tender regulations.

- Collaborate with procurement, legal, and project teams for financial documentation and validation.

Financial Planning & Projections:

- Develop cash flow statements, project budgets, and analyses of profitability.

- Track inflows and outflows for ongoing projects and tenders.

- Assist the CFO with financial forecasting, cost modelling, and investment planning.

- Suggest strategies for optimizing costs and enhancing revenue.

Compliance & Regulatory Filings:

- Guarantee timely submissions and compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and ROC regulations.

- Uphold robust internal controls and a framework for statutory compliance.

- Supervise vendor and client financial documentation to ensure alignment with audit standards.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Create management information system (MIS) reports for leadership and project teams.

- Collaborate with banks, consultants, and government finance departments.

- Supply financial data for business proposals, detailed project reports (DPRs), and project assessments.
