Position: Sr. Manager Auto PLI.

Location: Pune.

Education: CA

Function: P2PFinance.

Experience: 7-10 years in Procure to Pay process, Vendor interactions, SAP, Stakeholder Management, Experience of PLI process.

Purpose:

- The role is to centrally manage vehicle certification.


- Data collection, coordination with various stakeholders, New & Ongoing Application.


- Occasional travel required to supplier/auditors as per need.

Job Description:

- In this role, the focus is to engage closely with all Key stakeholders to drive key financial priorities relevant for getting government incentives under AUTO PLI Scheme.

Operational Activities:


- End to End DVA and AAT application preparation.


- Preparation of DVA Annexures for AAT and revalidation (PSA) activity though portal.


- Import content from Costed BOM, basis DVA certificates received from Tier I vendors.


- Application of AAT products in MHI and Testing Agency portal.


- Involvement in Desk appraisal and Plant audit (PIV) verification conducted by Testing Agency.


- Timely completion of Techno Commercial Audit (TCA) by end-to-end participation.


- Filing of Quarterly Review Returns (QRR) and Annual claim submission.


- This role entails fronting communication with Statutory Auditors & ARAI for getting relevant annexure approved in timely manner.

Day to day tracking and Compliance:


- Manage the review and finalization of day to day status for upcoming application plan.


- Address and resolve any open points with statutory auditors with support from internal stakeholders regarding data completion.

SLA Adherence & Transition support:


- To Ensure proper monitoring and SLA MIS, document the Scope of Work, Standard operating procedure and relevant documents.

Efficiency in Reporting:


- Enhance efficiency in management reporting and data, Focus on standardizing reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and creating digital repository for all documents for proper back tracing and MIS activities.

- SAP Knowledge, Expertise in implementing digital tools by using SAP ERP, Power BI, Excel Etc.
