Senior Manager Finance (Finance Business Partner)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Manager Finance Business Partner for a technology company to work closely with the CFO and cross-functional leaders across operations, product, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic business cases and investment evaluations (Capex, Opex, Commercial initiatives)

- Monitor and improve capital productivity and cost optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Manage financial controls including delegation of authority, cross-charge policies, and audit frameworks

- Translate financial insights into actionable strategic recommendations for Group and OpCo leadership

- Support long-term business planning and scenario modeling at regional/global levels

- Improve finance systems and automate reporting through tech interventions (AI/RPA, etc.)

- Build and mentor a team of high-performing finance professionals aligned to business growth

What Were Looking For:

- CA-qualified finance professional

- Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 8 years in a finance business partnering/FPA role in Fintech, tech , or Digital B2C businesses

- Strong commercial acumen, cost discipline, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to work across strategic finance, controls, governance, and digital transformation
