About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Finance to manage financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining statutory and RBI compliance, driving financial planning activities, and strengthening financial controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & MIS:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

- Generate and review MIS reports and financial dashboards for management decision-making.

- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Handle direct and indirect taxation matters, including:

TDS

GST

Income Tax compliances

- Manage tax assessments, audits, notices, and statutory filings.

- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Perform variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance.

- Support strategic business planning through financial insights and cost optimization.

Audit & Financial Controls:

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance reviews.

- Monitor financial controls, reconciliations, and accounting processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.

- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.

Strong expertise in:

- Financial Statements & MIS Reporting

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Taxation (TDS, GST, Income Tax)

- Financial Planning & Variance Analysis

- Audit & Compliance

- Good understanding of RBI regulations and statutory compliance.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/financial systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com preferred.

- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or regulated industries is an advantage.
