We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager - Finance & Business Operations to act as the financial anchor for our Online B2B channel and organization-wide Opex management. This role combines financial control, process optimization, and strategic business partnering - acting as a "mini CFO" for the channel while leading cost optimization and driving efficiency across the company.

What You'll do:

Opex Ownership & Optimization

- Lead Opex optimization projects across functions and business units.

- Own the monthly Opex actuals process - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.

- Drive initiatives to reduce costs without compromising growth and efficiency.

Channel Finance Leadership

- Act as financial partner for the Online B2B channel, ensuring strong control over P&L, margins, and spends.

- Provide insights on pricing, discounting, trade spends, and ROI metrics.

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align financial goals with business performance.

MIS & Reporting

- Lead the first cut review of the company-wide MIS, ensuring accuracy and business relevance.

- Establish control checks and governance on MIS reporting processes.

- Deliver clear dashboards and variance analyses for management reviews.

Process Improvements & Controls

- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in financial reporting, Opex tracking, and business partnering.

- Standardize templates, automate reporting workflows, and strengthen compliance across channels.

- Act as a change agent to institutionalize financial discipline and data-driven decision-making.

Who You are:

- You bring a solid understanding of Opex control, budgeting, and cost optimization frameworks.

- You have hands-on expertise in preparing, analyzing, and reviewing MIS reports to support data-driven decisions.

- You thrive in business partnering roles, working closely with sales and channel teams, with exposure to Online and B2B environments being a plus.

- You are a strong problem-solver with excellent analytical skills, backed by clear and impactful communication abilities.
