Position: Senior Manager Finance & Accounts.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Fully Qualified (Mandatory).

Working Days: 6 Days/Week (1 Saturday Off).

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Plant Finance & Accounts within a manufacturing environment.

Mandatory Skills:

- Plant Finance & Accounts.

- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.

- Product Costing & Cost Control.

- Inventory Accounting & Stores Management.

- GST, TDS, Income Tax & Customs Compliance.

- SEZ/EOU Compliance.

- Financial Reporting (Ind AS / IFRS).

- Internal & External Audit Management.

- MIS Reporting & Variance Analysis.

- Export Finance & Documentation.

- ERP Experience (SAP / Oracle or similar).

- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage plant-level finance, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Lead financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and compliance activities.

- Drive product costing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.

- Oversee inventory accounting, stores, stock audits, and material controls.

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Customs, and statutory regulations.

- Handle export finance, LC documentation, RBI compliance, and forex realization.

- Lead and mentor Finance, Accounts, Stores, and related plant teams.
