A retained customer of CXO Roles - India's leading managed workspace provider, is looking for a Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts who keeps the engine running smoothly. This role matters because strong growth depends on everyday financial discipline, not just big-picture strategy.

The Role

You will be the backbone of the finance function. Your work will ensure books are clean, controls are followed, and the business always knows where it stands financially.

What You'll Do

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations across entities and locations

- Ensure timely monthly closures and accurate financial statements

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger processes

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, income tax, and filings

- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits

- Maintain strong financial controls and improve processes where needed

- Work closely with operations and business teams to resolve finance issues

What You Bring

- Chartered Accountant with 7 to 12 years of relevant experience

- Strong grounding in accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

- Experience in real estate, managed offices, or similar operational businesses

- Hands-on approach and comfort with detail

- Ability to manage teams and hold deadlines without escalation

- Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills

- A track record of reliability and professional integrity
