Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - FMCG - CA

Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager.

Location: Noida (Candidates residing in or near Noida preferred).

Experience: 8-12 Years (Minimum 3-4 years post Chartered Accountant qualification).

Industry Preference: FMCG / Trading.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and IFRS.

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors.

Accounting Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.

- Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury operations.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

- Manage International Taxation, including Transfer Pricing, DTAA, and withholding tax compliance.

- Oversee direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and government filings.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis:

- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Provide insights into business performance through MIS and financial analysis.

- Partner with business teams to drive cost optimization and margin improvement.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the accounts team.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth finance operations.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.

- Total work experience: 8-12 years in Finance & Accounting roles.

- Proven exposure to Ind AS, IFRS, and International Taxation.

- Industry experience in FMCG or Trading sectors is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Residing in Noida or nearby locations is preferred due to the office-based role.
