Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Financial Strategy: Execute and oversee the financial strategy of the company in alignment with business goals.

- Control & Compliance: Manage financial controls, accounting procedures, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

- Performance Visibility: Ensure full transparency on financial performance through accurate and timely MIS reporting.

- Cost & Revenue Optimization: Provide financial advice on revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and communicate financial risks promptly with proposed mitigation strategies.

- Financial Planning: Support the Business Head in preparing monthly and annual financial plans & budgets.

- Taxation: Oversee tax planning, compliance, and documentation for Indian and US taxation.

- Systems & Processes: Manage SAP and IT-related finance systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

- Predictive Modelling: Build financial models for forecasting, planning, and decision-making.

- Leadership: Lead the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring best practices in governance, accuracy, and accountability.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

- Experience: 1215 years, preferably with a blend of plant-level and corporate finance experience.

- Strong knowledge of Indian and US taxation laws.

- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and financial modelling.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end finance operations, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
