We are hiring a Senior Manager for an Agri-business and supply chain platform. The organization has a strong domestic presence and active operations across Europe, America, and Africa. The role is based in Delhi and has a 6 days working schedule.

Key Responsibilities


- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Company's ERP system from the Finance perspective.

- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs) and finance process maps.

- Coordinate with ERP implementation partners, software vendors and internal stakeholders.

- Standardise finance processes, chart of accounts, approval workflows and internal controls within the ERP.

- Drive automation of accounting, procurement, inventory, fixed assets, receivables, payables, treasury and MIS reporting.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), develop SOPs and train finance and business users on the ERP platform.

- Ensure successful ERP go-live and provide post-implementation support to optimize system performance.

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly and annual books of accounts.

- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards.

- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, management dashboards and variance analysis for senior management.

- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act and other applicable laws.

- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax and transfer pricing audits.

- Handle assessments, notices and regulatory correspondence with tax authorities.

- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and compliance reports.

- Manage cash flow planning, working capital and liquidity.

- Maintain banking relationships and oversee fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities.

- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and coordinate hedging activities for imports.

- Prepare financial information required by banks and financial institutions.

- Monitor receivables, inventory and cost control initiatives.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.

- 7-10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, import-export, logistics, cold chain, trading or similar industries will be preferred.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax and Companies Act.

- Experience in financial reporting, treasury, banking, working capital management and internal controls.

- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or major ERP transformation projects (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite, Odoo or similar ERP platforms).

- Experience in finance process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

- Knowledge of import/export accounting, foreign exchange transactions and inventory accounting.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
