Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Role & Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Financial statements- Presenting a true and fair view.

- Preparation of the monthly management accounts pack including P & L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, relevant schedules, KPI and comparison against budgets

- Preparation of Monthly Flash Report (Monthly MIS Report)

- Finalization of books of accounts

- Preparation of Budget.

- Preparation of Cost saving Initiative and Cost control.

- Reconciliation of Revenue which is shown in Debtors and GL Accounts

- Internal Audit- Laisoning with Internal auditors in conducting the audit, implementing the suggestions to improvise any of the processes

- Maintaining CAPEX supporting details and providing depreciation forecasts as needed

- Co-ordinate with bankers for loans taken

- Compliances with RBI/FEMA and other taxes

- Consolidation of International subsidiaries
