Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts ACCOUNTING & AUDIT : - Ensuring accounting for the company and its subsidiaries is updated at all times - Monthly closing and finalization of annual accounts - Leading a team of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other accounting personnel - Ensuring compliance from statutory and global perspective - Ensuring all accounting and audit deadlines are complied with LIAISONING : - Interacting with banks on regular basis - Liaisoning with consultants for Income Tax, GST and other statutory compliance - Liaisoning with malls for Rent, Cam and other service-related issues SOP : - Ensuring 100% compliance of SOPs in force - Develop SOPs to strengthen overall control in making operations more efficient FUND MANAGEMENT : - Ensuring all current account funds (Receivable collection transferred to cash credit account on daily basis) - To ensure monthly MIS data to banks - Preparing CMA data, projections and other statements for banks from time to time PEOPLE & LEADERSHIP : - Ensure customer is always front of mind - Lead by example by embodying the company principles - Create and maintain a team culture that embodies the companys brand values - Ensure open and honest quarterly feed-backs and coaching on their performance consistently and on an ongoing basis - Recruit best fit team members as and when required - Ensure all team members complete induction - Identify training needs of direct reports to develop their skills and maximize performance - Conduct probationary and annual reviews and quarterly development plans for all team members - Conduct performance management sessions with Team Members as required in consultation with Human Resources - Maximize employee succession and retention through identifying highly skilled team members - Retain direct reports through strong engagement, coaching and support
