Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager(Chartered Accountant). The ideal candidate will have around 10 years of corporate experience in finance, accounting, treasury, auditing, taxation, and ERP implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational and financial expertise to support key business decisions and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting:

- Oversee budgeting, planning, and financial reporting processes.

- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making.

- Manage monthly revenue recognition, AR reconciliation, and intercompany transactions.

- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments and tax filings.

2. Audit & Compliance:

- Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and transfer pricing audits.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage direct/indirect tax assessments.

- Implement and monitor internal financial control frameworks.

3. Process Improvement & ERP Implementation:

- Drive ERP implementation (SAP, AX 2012) and process automation initiatives.

- Implement control measures and process improvements for financial operations.

- Streamline procure-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes.

4. Treasury & Risk Management:

- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow projections and bank reconciliations.

- Negotiate with banks for loan renewals and interest rate reductions.

- Administer trade finance processes, including bill discounting and duty drawback benefits.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Provide strategic financial and operational support to shared services, stakeholders, and management.

- Act as a single point of contact for implementing financial software and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for intercompany transactions and reporting.

6. Team Leadership:

- Supervise master data management teams to ensure data integrity.

- Lead and mentor finance teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP FI, BPC Module, Microsoft AX, Navision, Oracle ADAMS, Tally).

- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, taxation, and auditing.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and financial software like Blackline and FAMS.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
