Senior Manager - Finance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to manage end-to-end finance operations. This role requires strong ownership, a leadership mindset, and hands-on execution to drive financial efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle with accuracy and compliance.

- Oversee billing, invoicing, receivables, and collections.

- Ensure timely payment follow-ups to maintain optimal cash flow.

- Own end-to-end accounting activities, including month-end closures, reconciliations, and ledger management.

- Prepare and analyze ROI and financial performance dashboards.

- Support audits, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate closely with business units, internal teams, and senior management for financial planning and decision-making.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance controls and reduce cycle time.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate with MBA (Finance), CA, or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Senior Finance Manager or Finance Manager role.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and O2C processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Candidates with pending results or awaiting exam clearance are not eligible.
