Description:
- Lead and manage the finance/finance-operations team with clear task allocation, review mechanisms, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with business vertical heads, branch finance teams, and shared services to ensure seamless financial operations and data flow.
- Drive timely financial and file closures, ensuring completion of documentation, approvals, reconciliations, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS, financial dashboards, variance analyses, and operational performance reports to the CFO.
- Support monthly/quarterly close processes, revenue recognition, cost tracking, and working capital monitoring.
- Assist in SLA finalization, vendor onboarding, and client financial setup, ensuring commercial and compliance alignment.
- Handle financial escalations related to clients, vendors, billing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure robust documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and company policies.
- Identify process gaps and drive operational and financial efficiency improvements through automation and standardization.
- Act as a key liaison between finance, operations, and leadership to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
