Job Title: Manager Finance
Reporting To: CFO
Location: Bandra, Mumbai
Education: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 6-8 yrs
Role Overview:
The Sr. / Manager Finance will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management at Family Office and other group companies. The role involves overseeing financial compliance, taxation, and supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven insights. The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to international and domestic financial regulations, including FEMA and international taxation norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of MIS, ensuring timely and accurate insights for decision-making.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business strategy.
- Provide strategic financial inputs to support business growth and investment decisions.
- Manage financial reporting and analysis for multiple entities, including those with international operations.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, including domestic and international tax regulations.
- Ensure compliances by the groups international entities in respective jurisdictions and in India.
- Oversee FEMA-related compliances and coordinate with relevant authorities for cross-border transactions.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, lawyers, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and long-term financial forecasting.
- Contribute to policy formulation, capital allocation, and performance monitoring initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- In-depth understanding of FEMA, international taxation, and cross-border finance.
- Proven expertise in MIS reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and compliance frameworks in India. Experience in direct and indirect taxes is desirable.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in corporate organization or multi-entity structure.
- Prior exposure to international business environments or foreign subsidiaries.
