Location: Navi Mumbai

Educational Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - cleared in first attempt.

- Additional certifications in IFRS, US GAAP, or Financial Analytics preferred.

- MBA ( Preferrable - Not compulsory)

Experience:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.

- Strong background with Big 4 firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) in Audit, Advisory, or Consulting roles.

- Exposure to large-scale organizations with complex financial structures.

Core Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.

- Audit & Risk Management: Oversee internal and external audits, implement robust internal controls, and manage risk frameworks.

- Taxation & Regulatory: Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, liaise with authorities, and manage tax planning strategies.

- Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize working capital, manage banking relationships, and ensure liquidity planning.

- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare accurate MIS reports, financial statements, and presentations for senior leadership and board reviews.

- Process Improvement: Drive automation and digital transformation in finance processes using advanced tools and analytics.

Technical & Digital Skills:

- Advanced Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis.

- Power BI / Tableau for financial dashboards and visualization.

- Operating knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Financials, and cloud-based platforms.

- Experience of AI-driven finance tools and predictive analytics for decision-making.
