Role Overview

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial strategy, operational finance, risk management, and compliance.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records, cost efficiency, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Develop financial models to evaluate profitability, ROI, cash flow, and business scenarios.

- Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and variances against budget.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.

- Ensure accurate general ledger management and reconciliations.

- Collaborate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

- Maintain compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

- Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity strategies.

- Optimize working capital, payment cycles, and treasury operations.

- Oversee banking relationships and financial risk management.

Cost Management & Operational Finance

- Conduct cost analysis to improve operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

- Work with procurement, operations, and business units on financial optimization.

Strategic Business Partnership

- Partner with various departments (Sales, HR, Operations, Product) to support business decisions.

- Provide financial insights on product pricing, new investments, and business opportunities.

- Participate in strategic planning initiatives, mergers, or acquisitions (if applicable).

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams.

- Improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive automation initiatives.

- Ensure a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, efficiency, and growth
