Senior Manager - Finance

Minimum Requirements:

- Oversee team deliverables and ensure successful project execution.

Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, including:

- Detailed 3-statement forecasting

- Scenario analysis

- Capital structure modeling

- Leveraged buyout (LBO) and merger modeling

- Strong understanding of business valuation techniques, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.

- Analyze company reports and financial documents to create pitch books, company profiles, benchmarking analyses, and trading/transaction comps.

- Skilled at interpreting and analyzing financial statements, IPO prospectuses, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other regulatory filings.

- If required, participate in team building, conduct regular employee training sessions, support business development, and maintain client communication via phone, video calls, and email.

- Familiarity with financial databases such as Capital IQ (CapIQ), PitchBook, and FactSet.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
