Senior Manager - Finance

Role & Responsibilities:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Finance to oversee and manage financial operations across our India, US, and UK entities.

- This role requires an adept professional with a global outlook and the ability to manage audits, financial reporting, compliance, and automation initiatives while driving excellence in processes.

- Responsible for preparation, reporting & finalisation of financial statements of India, US & UK entities.

- Responsible for audits, controls and compliances with regard to the legal entities.

- Responsible for monthly & yearly book closing (includes BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalisation, etc)

- Payroll Management

- Transfer Pricing related review & compliance

- Coordinate & support multiple teams including revenue, business finance.

- Preparation of full set of Annual/Half yearly standalone and Consolidated financials.

- Team Management & development

- Support on process excellence, ERP & Automations

- Co-ordination with Statutory and internal auditors

Ideal Candidate:

- CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or related field

- 4-7 years post qualification, in a corporate/ consulting environment, preferably with global exposure.

- Experience in startups, working in technology enabled space is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams.

- Knowledge of US GAAP, IndAS, IFRS

- Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically Oracle NetSuite) will be an added plus.

- Experience of automation of processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
