Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager - F&A Solution Architect, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex client business requirements and innovative finance transformation solutions. You will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Finance and Accounting (F&A) architectures, leveraging digital technologies to drive process efficiency, cost optimization, and improved financial reporting for global enterprises.

Working closely with C-suite stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners, you will shape the future of finance operations by architecting scalable, future-ready solutions that directly impact bottom-line growth and operational excellence. This role demands a blend of deep domain expertise in finance processes and a consultative mindset to navigate complex organizational landscapes across Gurgaon, Bangalore, or Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect comprehensive F&A transformation roadmaps for global clients to streamline record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles.

- Lead pre-sales and solutioning efforts by translating client pain points into high-impact, technology-enabled service offerings that ensure competitive differentiation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to oversee the transition and steady-state execution of complex finance processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Drive the adoption of automation, AI, and advanced analytics within finance functions to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual intervention for stakeholders.

- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships by providing expert advisory on finance operating models, shared services, and global business services (GBS) strategies.

- Mentor internal teams on industry best practices and emerging trends in finance technology to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and deploy large-scale F&A solutions, with a deep understanding of global finance operating models and ERP ecosystems.

- Exceptional communication and executive presence, enabling you to influence senior leadership and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale finance transformation projects, balancing technical feasibility with business-critical timelines and budget constraints.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying process bottlenecks and designing scalable, automated workflows that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or an MBA from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial management.

- High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to lead distributed teams across Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Mumbai effectively.

- Minimum 12 to 20 years of progressive experience in F&A consulting, solution architecture, or finance transformation roles within a global services environment.
