Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Facilities Management to lead end-to-end facility operations across India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing corporate facilities, workplace operations, vendor management, compliance, budgeting, and infrastructure projects while ensuring a safe, efficient, and employee-centric work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead facility management operations across multiple office locations, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted business operations.
- Manage both hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, generators, building maintenance) and soft services (housekeeping, security, cafeteria, reception, landscaping, and pest control).
- Align facility operations with business objectives and collaborate with regional and global workplace and real estate teams.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental standards, corporate policies, and workplace health & safety requirements.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, control operational costs, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize service delivery.
- Lead office fit-outs, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, maintenance projects, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management to maximize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, consultants, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor SLAs, vendor performance, maintenance KPIs, and operational efficiency through regular reporting and reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace experience, operational excellence, and business continuity.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10-13 years of experience in Corporate Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or Real Estate Operations.
- Strong experience managing multi-location corporate facilities and workplace operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of hard and soft facility services.
- Experience in budget planning, cost optimization, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance, EHS regulations, fire & safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Proven experience managing office fit-outs, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and capital projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
