Job Description :
1. Facility Operations Management :
- Oversee daily facility operations across all locations, including housekeeping, security, utilities, waste management, pest control, and AMC administration.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Manage repairs, routine maintenance, and facility-related escalations within defined SLAs.
- Ensure uninterrupted store and warehouse operations through effective management of power, water, HVAC, UPS, and building systems.
2. Vendor & Contract Management :
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for facility services, maintenance, and AMC contracts.
- Drive vendor governance through performance monitoring against quality, safety, and cost metrics.
- Optimize procurement of facility-related goods and services through negotiation and vendor consolidation.
3. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management :
- Ensure all facilities meet statutory requirements, including fire safety, electrical, environmental, municipal, and labour compliances.
- Conduct periodic facility audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments across all sites.
- Oversee fire systems, CCTV, access control, and emergency response protocols.
- Drive closure of audit non-compliances through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4. Budgeting & Cost Optimization :
- Prepare and manage facility management budgets (opex) across regions.
- Track, control, and report facility-related expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through energy optimization, efficient maintenance practices, and vendor synergy.
5. Stakeholder Management :
- Partner with Operations, Admin, Safety, HR, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure facility readiness and smooth functioning.
- Act as the central escalation point for facility-related issues across all regions.
- Provide leadership with regular MIS, dashboards, vendor reports, and facility performance metrics.
6. Team Leadership :
- Lead and mentor a multi-city Facility Management team.
- Build team capability in vendor management, maintenance planning, and compliance management.
- Foster a culture of safety, operational excellence, and accountability.
