Senior Manager - Ethics & Supplier Compliance - Risk Management

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead ethics and supplier compliance initiatives across the organization. This role will drive the ethics agenda, manage investigations, strengthen whistleblowing processes, and ensure supplier code programs are aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver ethics and speak up objectives across divisions.

- Manage end-to-end investigations and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.

- Partner with leadership teams to embed ethics culture and mitigate risks.

- Review supplier code programs and ensure compliance with strategic plans.

- Resolve compliance issues post audits and investigations.

- Anticipate high-risk suppliers, countries, and issues and report periodically.

- Drive digital tool enhancements for supplier code monitoring.

- Support internal audit and fraud risk management activities.

Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or internal audit.

- Strong investigation and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex issues.

- Self-starter with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.

- Preferred: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent), experience managing whistleblowing channels, strong presentation skills.
