A fast-growing healthcare-focused organization is looking to hire a Senior Manager - ESG & Business Integrity to build and lead its ESG, compliance, and governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement ESG & Business Integrity systems (ESMS, anti-bribery, whistleblower, vendor due diligence).

- Ensure regulatory compliance across multi-location operations (EHS, labor laws, data privacy, healthcare regulations).

- Drive ESG reporting, audits, risk management, and organization-wide training initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

- 8-10 years of experience in ESG, compliance, sustainability, governance, or risk management.

- Strong understanding of Indian regulatory landscape; exposure to global ESG frameworks preferred.

- Proven ability to build systems, work cross-functionally, and drive ethical culture.
