MAJOR CHALLENGES:
- Complex Data Management: Navigating diverse data sources and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across 4 material and 6 non-Material subsidiaries of the group.
- Balancing Multiple Priorities: Juggling various tasks and projects with tight deadlines.
- Building Credibility: Establishing credibility within the organization and gaining buy-in for ESG initiatives.
- Overcoming Resistance to Change: Addressing resistance to ESG initiatives and promoting a culture of sustainability.

- Alignment of timelines and acting as Senior Project manager for ESG report publication, BRSR publication, data automation and data delivery projects with support from Group ESG lead
- Recommendations to or approval by superior

- ESG, EHS and Admin SPOCs of respective companies.
- Data SPOCs of different functions such as CSR, HR, Investments, Admin and Infra, of all group companies

- Agencies for ESG tool service providers, BRSR assurance service providers.
- Agencies for ESG report publication, agencies for double materiality and decarbonization strategy execution.
- Engagement with ESG colleagues of group companies, ESG data owners across the group and IT teams of all group companies and external consulting firms for ESG and Sustainability Projects.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Educational Qualifications
- Masters degree in, Environmental Sciences, ESG, Sustainability or a related field from a reputed Business school or Institution.
Functional Skills & Behavioral Skills
Relevant and total years of Experience
- Minimum Work Experience: 7-8 years of experience in Core ESG reporting in a corporate setting within BFSI sector.
- ESG Senior Manager/Lead Experience with a reputed and large corporate/business house.
- Experience of similar role at Corporate/Group Headquarter level.
