Senior Manager - ERP

Position Title: Sr. Manager ERP

Reports To: General Manager- Finance Automation

Experience: 8-12 years

Location: Bangalore

Function: Finance

Team Size: Individual Contributor- with support from external vendors as and when required.

- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

- Behavioural Competencies: Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Effective Communication, Stakeholder Management

- Knowledge & Skills Required: Oracle Fusion Finance Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax), Oracle Fusion coding (BIP, OTBI, FBDI, PLSQL), Agile/Waterfall methodology, BI Publisher, OTBI, Integrations, Workflows, Compliance and Internal Controls.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Finance modules including Procurement, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax.

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical designs and functional ERP solutions in Oracle Fusion.

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Fusion reports (BI Publisher) and dashboards (OTBI).

- Create and manage integrations using FBDI and custom extensions including workflows and PLSQL procedures.

- Ensure ERP configurations comply with finance policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support system upgrades and issue resolution with Oracle Support.

- Drive Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies for ERP projects.

KEY RESULT AREA:

KRA: - Successful end-to-end deployment and stabilization of Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

- Timely delivery of customized reports, integrations, and system configurations as per business requirements.

- Maintenance of system compliance with finance policies and regulatory standards.

- Reduction in system issues and enhanced user satisfaction through effective support and proactive issue resolution.

- Strong collaboration and communication across finance and IT teams, ensuring alignment of ERP technology with business goals
