Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architecture Senior Manager to lead solution design for complex Finance & Accounting (F&A) outsourcing and transformation engagements. The role requires expertise in end-to-end F&A solutioning, commercial modeling, operating model design, and pre-sales support to develop scalable, competitive, and client-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Finance & Accounting solutions across P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A.
- Lead solution development for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and strategic deal pursuits.
- Develop target operating models, outsourcing strategies, location mix, and FTE sizing.
- Build commercial models including pricing, cost estimates, ROI, and business cases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, SMEs, and client stakeholders to deliver winning solutions.
- Drive innovative solutioning by leveraging operational, digital, and transformation best practices.
Required Skills:
- 16+ years of experience in F&A solutioning within BPO, Shared Services, or GBS environments.
- Strong expertise across P2P, O2C, R2R, and Finance Transformation.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, RFP/RFI response, and solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience with commercial modeling, pricing, and operating model design.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to global finance operations and multi-geography delivery models.
- Understanding of AI-enabled finance transformation, intelligent operations, and automation opportunities.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and finance platforms such as SAP, BlackLine, HighRadius, or other ERP solutions.
